After working in the wedding industry for three years and seeing so many different DJs in action, I knew exactly who I wanted for my own wedding—and Rick from Marquee was an easy choice! Rick is exceptional at reading the crowd and keeping guests entertained all night long. He also does an incredible job of keeping the entire day on schedule, from inviting guests to take their seats before the ceremony to making sure every reception event flows seamlessly. His timing and professionalism allowed us to relax and truly enjoy every moment. When I asked him to play country music all night, he didn’t hesitate, even though he typically plays more of today’s popular hits. He created the perfect playlist that kept the dance floor packed all evening. I barely left the dance floor, which was exactly what my husband and I had hoped for! We had the privilege of having Jack and Travis, Jack being our lead DJ for our wedding!! I can’t express it enough how amazed we and our guests were on how they did an incredible job!! Jack went above and beyond and his energy was just everything. He is so detailed, flexible and experienced! Our formalities ended up being pushed back a bit since our ceremony went longer and he did a great job with transitioning everything smoothly so no one knew that we were behind. Jack also helped my groom and I on our first dance and parent dances on some last minute changes. He was also so respectful and positive throughout the whole time from planning to now! We had a money dance which is an important part of my heritage as a Filipina and he was so open on learning more and making our experience so special. It meant so much to my mom and I. They did an amazing job keeping the dance floor filled with so much energy! From the oldies for the older generation to great hits for our younger generation!! Marquee Events was the first vendor we booked, and Jack did such a fantastic job! Being a wedding planner myself I had many requests and details, and not one of them was missed. Marquee Events was the right choice for our wedding! I selected Sean Delaney as I had seen him DJ previously and he crushed it. Travis was also in attendance for assistance as they send 2 DJs to make sure everything is covered. From last minute changes, to commanding the event as MC, Sean handled the entire wedding like the expert he is. He even coordinated with the live musicians we had to ensure they were prepared. On my wedding day I had many things to stress about, but the DJ was not one of them. This allowed me to focus on all other parts of the wedding. I would highly recommend Sean, Travis, and the Marquee team to anyone who has a wedding or large event coming up!
